A collision involving two vehicles has resulted in one individual being transported to the hospital with serious injuries, leading to the closure of the northbound lane of Highway 11, situated north of Huntsville.
According to the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), the incident, which involved a passenger vehicle and a commercial motor vehicle, has blocked the northbound lane at Muskoka Road 2. Traffic is currently being redirected through the town towards Highway 60.
The OPP is present at the scene, and the investigation is currently underway. Police have indicated that the lane will remain closed until this segment of the investigation is concluded.
